4 Bedroom House in Fish Creek

This 2 story, 4 bedroom home is open and available for rental. Centrally located within walking distance to Fish Creek, the YMCA and biking distance to the Peninsula State Park. This house has two primary suites, one on the main floor and the other one on the second floor. The other two bedrooms on the second floor share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. There is a powder room on the first floor. This is an open concept home with a large gathering space. There is ceramic tile throughout the first floor of the house, with carpeted bedrooms and den. The Great Room has vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. The home is fully equipped with air conditioning, washer and dryer, cable TV, WiFi, SMART TVs in each bedroom, common areas and a fully stocked kitchen. There is an attached 2 car garage with extra parking available alongside the house. There is a patio in the back yard with a fire pit. During the busy
season of Summer, mainly June thru August, we prefer to rent Saturday - Saturday.

Summary: We absolutely loved our long weekend stay. The house was so beautiful and very well-accommodated. We had bonfires nightly, sat out on the patio, made meals in the lovely kitchen, and played games at the large table. The rooms were big and everything was very clean. We also liked its location—so close to Peninsula State Park. LOVED IT!!

Summary: Our group size ended up being a little smaller than originally planed, so the house seemed extra large in a good way. We had lots of room to spread out and get comfortable and the large table was perfect for playing games.

Summary: On a scale of 1 to 10 we , all of my family, would give this rental house a 10+. Every category above cleanliness, listing accuracy, communication with property manager etc was the best. An example would be in many of our rental stays there was a very limited amount of silver ware, but they had plenty. Nat a big problem, but we wished that the toilets were the newer oval shaped and little bit higher. Highly recommend this beautiful home. Thanks, Bill Waldner

Summary: This is by far the nicest property I’ve ever rented! Large open concept of living, dining and kitchen areas that made it easy for our group of eight to hang out together. The location couldn’t have been better. Off the heavier traveled road so it was quiet, but very close to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend checking this place out!
